In this experimental study an attempt will be made to find the effect of partial replacement of Fine aggregate by Quarry Dust and Cement by Fly ash. The innovative use of Quarry Dust in concrete formulations as a fine aggregate replacement in the range of 0%, 15%, 30% 45% by weight for M40 grade cement (PPC).
They evaluated various concrete mixes with partial replacement of cement with varying percentage of quarry dust (10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, and 40%). From the experimental studies, they reported that 25% partial replacement of cement with quarry dust showed improvement in hardened of concrete.
